To get started you need a physicians order and the results of a stress test.
The stress test helps establish an exercise program fit for the individuals
needs.
The average program is 36 visits, which consists of 3 one hour visits per
week for 3 months.  Throughout each visit your blood pressure is taken
and EKG is monitored.  The progress is documented by a registered
nurse and later reviewed by a physician.  If any complications occur your
referring doctor is notified.  We also send your referring doctor a
progress report every 4-6 weeks.  When you complete the program we
will provide you with a home exercise program.
